 To whom it may concern, Jay Chen (J.H. Construction Ltd} and Luther Lam were involved in our church second phase project between June 2013 to September 2015. They work closely with the church building committee on all aspects including drawing define, permit application, scheduling, developing construction plans, and execution. It was imperative that Jay and Luther worked well with third parties for the completion of this project. They coordinated with the city inspector, engineering and architect to resolve any issues that arose in a timely manner. Jay and Luther displayed excellent workmanship and dedication to the project.  April 4, 2024 TO WHOM IT MAY CONCERN, I am writing to recommend Mr. Luther Lam, team lead at Lambda Contracting LTD. for any construction projects you may be considering. Recently, Lambda Contracting LTD completed the 105 Gibson Centre Phase 3 project for our church, the Toronto Christian Community Church. The Gibson Centre is a community center located adjacent to our church, comprising a total of 47,000 sq. ft. The Phase 3 project, with a budget of approximately $1 million, focused on converting a 40-year-old warehouse into a medical counseling area with an emphasis on soundproofing, covering an area of 5,000 sq. ft. Throughout the project, Luther demonstrated exceptional professionalism, craftsmanship, and attention to details. Their commitment to meeting deadlines was particularly noteworthy. Despite the challenges that often arise in construction projects, they ensured that the work was completed on schedule and within the agreed budget. One of their standout qualities is their meticulous approach to reading construction drawings in detail, even during the quotation or tender process. This proactive attitude allows them to offer alternative solutions that better fulfill the requirements of the owner, ensuring a more efficient and effective project outcome.
